The famous Jersey Royal potatoes, carefully hand-dug and selected for our shop. Hand-digging stops the skin being damaged which protects the potato until it is ready to be washed, gently boiled until tender with a sprig of mint, then served hot with a knob of butter, or cold in salads or in many other tasty ways.
