This champagne is the perfect introduction to the Binon Coquard range. The appearance is pale yellow with a persistent line of bubbles. On the nose you get firstly a hint of mineralogy that appears as chalk, flint stone, then it becomes fine and elegant with light notes of citrus and rhubarb. The taste is fresh and light at first, then it reveals itself as fruity and smooth. You find the aromas of white fruits such as pear, green apple and vine peach. Beautiful length in the mouth.
